Cirkle Apparel – Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Cirkle Apparel.
Each product is made in limited quantities or produced on-demand to reduce waste and preserve exclusivity.
Below is our full Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

Because many items are produced on demand:

  • Standard Processing: 2–7 business days

  • High-Demand Drops: 5–12 business days (Kickstarter drops, limited capsules, state releases)

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase and cannot be modified once production begins.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your destination and the method chosen at checkout:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Canada

  • Standard: 5–12 business days

  • Express: 3–7 business days

International (Selected Regions)

  • Standard: 7–20 business days

  • Express: 4–10 business days

Delivery estimates may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight of items

  • Shipping method selected

Occasionally, promotional free-shipping offers may be available.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, and import taxes

  • Cirkle Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping fees


5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • Real-time updates (varies by carrier)

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


6. Wrong, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Addresses

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • Package may be returned to us

  • We can reship the order at the customer’s expense

  • Shipping fees are not refundable

  • Orders lost due to address errors are not eligible for refund or replacement

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier:

  • Cirkle Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages

  • Customers must file a claim with the carrier

  • We will assist by providing shipping and order documentation

If the package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


8. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on:

  • Product type

  • Warehouse location

  • Inventory availability

You will receive tracking for each shipment.


9. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

For limited editions, Kickstarter drops, and state-based capsules:

  • Shipping timelines will be listed on the product page

  • Pre-order timelines may be longer due to custom production

  • Updates may be sent through email or CIRKLEVERSE™ notifications


10. CIRKLEVERSE™ QR Products

Products that include QR codes:

  • Ship normally, unless designated as digital-first releases

  • Require safe handling—damaged QR codes may affect access

  • If QR functionality is damaged upon arrival, contact us for a replacement

Digital access is delivered at no shipping cost.
