Returns Policy

Cirkle Apparel – Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Cirkle Apparel.
Because our products are produced in limited quantities, all sales must follow the policy below to ensure fairness and protect the exclusivity of each capsule.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of our apparel:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address submitted during checkout

  • Minor color or printing variations

Please review the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order.



2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will fix it.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

  • Your email and shipping address

If approved, we will send either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • Store credit (if the item is no longer available)

We may also ask you to return the damaged item. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Digital access, event access, or features unlocked via CIRKLEVERSE™

  • Items with removed tags, visible wear, or signs of use

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Items outside the 7-day reporting window

  • Free gifts or promotional items

4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:

  • We can reship the item at the customer’s expense

  • No refunds will be issued

  • If the item cannot be delivered or is lost due to address errors, Cirkle Apparel is not responsible

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing or production.

Most items enter production within 1–4 hours of purchase, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

To request a cancellation immediately after ordering, email:

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier:

  • Cirkle Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages

  • Customers must file a claim with the carrier

We will help provide tracking details or required documentation.


7. Refund Method (If Applicable)

Refunds—when approved for damaged/defective items—are issued as:

  • Store credit or

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.


8. CIRKLEVERSE™ Access

QR-based or digital access (including events, unlockables, or digital perks):

  • Is non-refundable

  • Cannot be transferred to another person

  • Is tied to the product and account used at activation

If a product with QR access is defective, we will replace it with a functioning item.
